Kennedy Summer School - August 31st 2024
As part of 2024 Kennedy Summer School weekend Emma took part in a live panel discussion on extending presidential voting rights to Irish citizens outside the state, making the case that enfranchising citizens abroad is a global democratic norm. Emma spoke alongside Minister Simon Coveney, Ciara Kelly, and Ian O'Doherty with broadcaster Ciara Doerty moderating.
